We rented this cottage as part of accomodation for a business holding meetings in the Willunga area. The booking was a bit last minute and we were blown away by the beauty of the Evelyn homestead. The cottage is a delightful combination of olde-worlde style, with some antique furniture and knick-knacks, and modern appliances and comforts. We had rented 3 other cottages for the other members of our party, and had planned on having dinner somewhere else but on the 2nd night we convinced everyone to join us for a BBQ at Evelyn. Everyone was jealous that my colleague and I got 'the best' house. Falie provided us with groceries for breakfast and the pantry was fully stocked with teas, condiments etc. so there was no need to buy anything except meat and salads. All in all a fantastic experience, we were only sorry we couldn't spend more time in the house or stay longer.
