I found the total lack of interest shown by the Dealer Principal himself, when inquiring about viewing a property on their books quite amazing! No opens were listed. And apparently TOO FAR to come for any of their staff, to open for a viewing for a potential buyer. I was made to feel quite unimportant! (Perhaps they should not have listed the property then? A maximum 40 minute drive from a comfy office in Willunga) Given an opportunity to sell a rather run down property, should have been seized with both hands I would have thought. (Cash buyer gone begging Ross) I am clearly glad that I am not one of his vendors. I will add, in their defense, that I was given the "possibility" of viewing (maybe) within a one hour window, and as I could not attend then, no other options were offered! A Facebook review of my encounter has not seen the light of public scrutiny of course. Therefore I will leave the above experience for future buyers & vendors to ponder.
